This website and complimentary social media channels are created and owned by Amanda MacLeod.  This Code of Conduct is Amanda MacLeod’s policy and not created or implemented by the respective social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, etc.); therefore, this policy does not supersede any of the social media platforms’ terms and conditions although it is still applicable in addition to the platforms’ terms and conditions. 

 

This policy governs your relationship with Amanda MacLeod.

 

The website and social media accounts created by Amanda MacLeod are intended to be fun and supportive spiritual wellness environments. Therefore, Amanda MacLeod’s community is developed for followers and members to engage in an energetic exchange rooted in a foundation of integrity, including, but not limited to: respectful dialogue and support regarding quantum shifting, spiritual holistic practices, energy healing, and other relevant topics.

 

We expect and encourage community members to be respectful to one another and these identified posting guidelines on Amanda MacLeod’s website and social media channels.

 

In accordance with this policy, Amanda MacLeod reserves the right to remove posts, comments, photos, and links to external sources that:

 

1. Include confidential personal information about yourself, minors or others (please refer to Amanda MacLeod’s Privacy Policy for more information)

3. Are in violation of another’s intellectual property, moral rights, and/or copyright.

4. Promote and/or condone illegal activity.

5. Are misleading, deceptive, and/or fraudulent.

6. Are otherwise offensively graphic, sexual or in tone

7. Are intended to cause technical disruptions or contain spam

8. Are off topic

9. Are in violation of any international, federal, provincial, and/or local regulations or laws.

 

* Amanda MacLeod has zero tolerance for any posts, comments, photos, and/or links that are considered abusive in any nature.  Any posts that in this regard will be immediately deleted and the user blocked from all Amanda MacLeod's community and membership platforms.

 

As previously stated, Amanda MacLeod encourages and expects respectful dialogue and engagement to occur on business created and owned website and social media channels, and to follow the platforms’ Terms and Conditions.  Therefore, anyone posting content/materials within the above categories will be removed and banned without notice from engaging and participating in this community.
